These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of HishoAI ("the Service") and establish the rights and obligations between the Service and its users.
この利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）は、HishoAI（以下「本サービス」といいます）の提供条件及び本サービスと利用者との間の権利義務関係を定めるものです。

利用者は、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
- TikTok等、連携先サービスの利用規約に違反する行為
- 本サービスの運営を妨害する恐れのある行為
- 不当な目的で本サービスを利用する行為
4. External Services / 外部サービス利用
The Service provides its functions using APIs from TikTok, Google, and other third-party services. By using the Service, users agree to be bound by the terms of service and privacy policies of these external services.
本サービスは、TikTok、Google等のAPIを利用してサービスを提供します。利用者は、本サービスを利用することにより、各外部サービスの利用規約及びプライバシーポリシーにも拘束されることを承諾するものとします。
5. Disclaimer / 免責事項
The Service does not guarantee the success of any posts or specific marketing results. The Service shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users unless such damages are caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence of the Service.
本サービスは、投稿の成功や特定の集客効果を保証するものではありません。本サービスの利用に関して利用者に生じた損害について、当社の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、一切の責任を負わないものとします。

The Service reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice to users whenever deemed necessary.
当社は、必要と判断した場合には、利用者に通知することなくいつでも本規約を変更することができるものとします。
